To participate in the program, please complete one Education Benefits Form per household here. All forms submitted before August 27, 2024 will be entered into a prize drawing on September 3. Prizes include a Yeti cooler, Bluetooth speakers, a Stanley cup bundle, a pizza oven, and more.
