February 2025 Student-Athletes of the Week

Congratulations to our A. Papano's Student-Athletes of the Week. This article will be updated weekly.

AdeLynn Town

AdeLynn is a junior forward for the Kingsley varsity girls basketball team and had an outstanding game versus Charlevoix, leading the way on the defensive end for the Stags with nine points and seven rebounds. AdeLynn also excels in softball at Kingsley while carrying a 3.89 grade point average.

Colton Goethals

Colton is a junior wrestler for the Kingsley varsity wrestling team. He recently won the 190-pound weight class at Northern Shores Conference Championship, and finished second in the Division-3 Individual Districts at Grayling High School. He now advances to the MHSAA Individual Regionals at Kalkaska for a chance to go to Ford Field. Colton also excels in football and rugby at Kingsley while carrying a 4.0 grade point average.

Marisa Graham

Marisa is a senior forward for the Kingsley varsity girls basketball team and has had an outstanding season for the Stags playing outstanding defense helping Kingsley win eight games in a row including wins over Grayling, Gaylord, Boyne City, Gaylord and St. Francis.  Marisa also excels in volleyball and track at Kingsley while carrying a 3.94 grade point average.

Korbin Bedford

Korbin is a senior powerlifter for the Kingsley Powerlifting Club and had an outstanding performance at the Regional Qualifier at Elk Rapids, winning the 145-pound weight class with a 900-lb total. He now advances to the Michigan State Meet at Lake Orion High School on March 8th. Korbin also excels in soccer and track at Kingsley while carrying a 3.91 grade point average.
